@mindfulnesswithkat: What if the spaces we heal in could actually support our healing? 🌿 That was part of the vision behind Barcelona’s Hospital de Sant Pau, designed by architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner over 100 years ago. He wanted patients to be surrounded by natural light, fresh air, gardens, art and beauty, creating a space that felt more like a garden than a traditional hospital.
