Center - L Street is completely cluttered and timed wrong. you stop for every side street, and finally get to 144th only to wait about 3 or 4 light cycles to get through there.

Only for them to realize that they missed ONE tiny ass spot underground and immediately close a whole entire lane for the next 7 months before even thinking of actually starting construction on it 💀
