@cbsnews: Ashley Flynn's brother-in-law said Monday at the sentencing hearing of "American Idol" alum Caleb Flynn that his nieces lay at their mother's graveside to cry and talk to her. "I respectfully ask the court to give Caleb a home in prison for a sentence that reflects the full extent of the law," Matthew Keyt said. "This will reassure us that he will never be able to enter any of our lives again." Caleb Flynn, who was convicted in the murder of Ashley Flynn last week, was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.
