I totally agree with that. I spent 6 yrs writing my book which turned into 3 books and my book might not be selling as much as I would like but it altered my life for the better and I am proud of myself for me.

My first short film was based off my life, something that I was holding on to for awhile. The moment I showed the world my film, something in me immediately changed. It was like shedding skin that I kept on for too long. I felt more myself than I have in a long time. I’m so proud of myself for making that first film!

I love this ... when I became a funeral celebrant the Funeral Director who had devoted 30yrs working in funerals said you have no idea how much this will change you & altered on a soul level. She was right I have never experienced sincerity in any other environment.

True creators don’t really have a choice, it’s an itch, it’s something you just eat, sleep and breathe. If you can make money from it great but the motivation for real creatives is to create regardless.
