What? The person on the rotary has the right of way, whether they are getting OFF or continuing on it. The person entering the rotary must yield. Am I missing something or misinterpreting it?

what about the cars stop in the middle of the rotary to other cars in you are not supposed to stop on a rotary it defeats the whole purpose of having a rotary

I think no one from New Hampshire or Vermont knows what a yield sign means because I deal with them everyday in Western Massachusetts going to work and I see the same cars everyday and everyday they almost hit me while I'm in the rotary trying to get on the highway. it amazes me and those of the times I wish there was a cop around

Check out Rte 14 Duxbury! People on Rte 14 coming from Rte 3, think they have the ROW and speed through regardless if cars are waiting. The other place is Braintree rotary near train station. Cars coming off Rte. 3 South ignore cars in the rotary already.

First of all, you’re in the rotary you have the right away. The people that are entering, the rotary have to yield, and who the fuck does 60 miles an hour around the rotary.
