I’m the opposite, I love doing quotes and think that it would be really hard for someone else to quote in a way that accounts every aspect of a job. I have had to pay more and promote people to leading crews so that the quality stays and instead of the new guys being with the owner, they are still with their crew lead who is their boss. Same kind of dynamic you want to create. I also think the relationship between client and owner is super important for growth and success

Glad I’m not alone I love being on site and very much so a perfectionist but pricing out jobs and texting people back-and-forth is so draining and I was literally talking about wanting to hire a sales person ASAP earlier this week

Don’t listen to this tik tok click baiting people. My dad runs a 16 man crew does 10-15 mill in revenue every year gas everything you can imagine “to sell” and it’s just not the case, and people that think that, haven’t been big enough or done it long enough. You’re doing the right thing. I got one other guy other than me, make 400k+ a year in profit and invest my money that’s how you get out, keep going brotha
