@thegenzlawyers: Someone buys your land, pays part of the purchase price, takes possession or acquires an interest in the land—but later FAILS to complete the agreed payment. 🏡⚖️ Can the seller simply say, “Give me back my land”? Not necessarily. Depending on the terms of the sale agreement and the stage the transaction has reached, the seller’s remedy may be to pursue the purchaser for the outstanding balance of the purchase price rather than automatically taking back the land. This is why every land sale agreement should clearly provide for payment deadlines, default, termination and the remedies available when either party breaches the agreement. Would you demand your LAND back or your MONEY? 👀👇🏾 #UgandaLaw #lawyersoftiktok #PropertyLaw #LegalTok #relatable @Racheal @Luxe Little collection @@Lauryn Socials |Lawyer @littlecorneroflaw
explain to us there are property masters who buy land on the owners and fail to pay the whole money to owners of the land then there are people who come and buy land unknowingly then when you go to make a transfer of that called ekyapa from the owner then he or she refuses what can someone do to get his plot coz there's some one who was even denied to build his plot and yet he bought with his money from property masters and don't forget to tag me

IF THE TRANSACTION AGREEMENT IS LEGALLY BINDING WITHOUT AMBIGUOUS TERMS, A DISCRETIONARY COURT ORDER CAN BE ISSUED INSTRUCTING THE BREACHING PARTY TO FULFILL ITS OBLIGATION.
