Also 10/10 recommend giving one bottle a day if it’s an option so that the transition to sippy cups is easier and if you need your partner to feed the baby they can! I went to ebf at 2.5 months and by 4 months she wouldn’t take a bottle so I couldn’t even go to a workout class without her crashing out, made it very hard to do the things I needed to help heal mentally and physically pp
