Breakdown of why brands want to hire more GenXers and Baby Boomers ⬇️⬇️ There are a lot of brands/companies that are constantly looking for people around your age that are willing to film themselves talking about their products but the issue is that MOST people in that age range aren’t willing to learn how to do this This type of content creation is called UGC (user generated content) and two of the best things about starting with UGC, no matter your age, is that #1: It doesn’t matter how many followers you have. I actually landed my first UGC brand deal with less than 300 followers #2: You are typically not required to post the videos you make for brands on your own social media Because GenX makes up a MASSIVE portion of the population AND you guys are one of the wealthiest generations and have a lot of buying power, brands need people in that age range to speak to their target audience For example, someone inside my Ultimate UGC Course is in her 50’s and just landed a one year contract with a makeup company.
