Jordan v. City of New London and the fact that those in power don't want anyone with critical thinking abilities, just follow orders. For that reason those in power and the THIN BLUE LINE protect the officer that violate citizens constitutional rights. Officers has no incentive to know the Constitution, no accountability, from their prospective the Constitution just makes their jobs harder.

sadly I think this cop is a good cop honestly however his training is what seems to be the issue and what they're taught and told to do and how to react boilerplate etc I think the male officer really believes in his job and could be a good officer with some positive training they just set him up for failure bottom line and I think he really believes that what he did because of how he was trained was correct in this scenario or he's really really arrogant but the only thing that really pops off is arrogant is oh absolutely yes I did detain you when you said something about and this is paraphrase not verbatim mind you so they detained me and did you also detain me and he said oh absolutely yes he could have actually just stood down from that since he'd already said he was the one investigating they had detained you how can he investigate and detain at the same time crazy and they're just ruining these people's careers with pisspoor training and obviously showing that the fto's have absolutely no knowledge of the laws as well that'd be worth again in this scenario every officer and that department it sounds crazy but every arrest that was debated denied etc but they still were charged etc or escalated it when there was actually no arrest able offense and because an officer escalated something as they do then creating elements for an arrest sorry I have to go back and reread that I'm exhausted I just can't stomach complaining, he's pretty good though if he was in fact playing a game or if he was literally clueless and was sincere or whether he's a Yes Man but I think the politeness composure and/or by watching his kinesics but undoubtedly he knew they even though he won't admit it they messed up and this is something simple something very simple that should be common knowledge for leo especially corporal to say the least but he didn't help himself when he didn't allow her or the female officer to answer a question explicitly pertaining to her and only her she don't need anybody to talk for answer for her. in a couple other little jabs I'm not going to sit here and argue the infamous line I mean basically they were done at this point they should have just left🤦
