rechargewellnessco the cape cod retreat 🐚 the last retreat of the year!! being able to lead such an incredible group of women on a weekend in a place that has been special to me since I was small was such a beautiful experience. I say this every retreat but the experience is truly a reflection of the women that attend. these retreats are almost indescribable because they are all so different and so special just like the people who come. getting to soak up a bit of fall, be surrounded by supportive women, LAUGH until I was crying, feel so seen and also experience others truly dive deeper into self exploration. there is just nothing that compares to these weekends. so beyond grateful that this location was the last of the year and I cannot wait for next year !!!!!!!! I hope if you’re wondering if something like this is meant for you, this may be what helps you make the leap. HUGE thank you to the brands who made this retreat absolutely unforgettable !!!!!!!
