You need to pour the powder in the water bottle and then transfer it to the cup. I’m thinking it’s easier to shake it up than that stirring cuz it can accumulated at the bottom due to the ice. Thanks for sharing. I started on 10/1/26 and I’m in it for the 30 days. 💕
