Yeah. See I unlock the door before the prospect gets there and sit in my car while they’re viewing. I’m not getting trapped in a house with strangers. I also sit in my car during open houses.

I went into a open house and there was one other person besides the agent that girl was there for hrs apparently and shut the cameras off the realtor called a couple days later and told me that she didn’t know what would happen if we didn’t show up

Get there early, have the door open, stand in the driveway and have them walk in first. And then stand in the door frame with it open for the whole showing until you get to know the client

Realtors Arrive to the property before the clients show up. Open any curtains to let as much light in. Keep door open. This might be helpful. Provide details of the home to the client once the client steps in them allow clients to tour the home freely and tell them you can answer any questions after they have toured the home. Treat this like a new builder home. They hand you brochures and let you your alone

Why are you opening doors for people you don’t know yet? The Lender better have them approved with their credentials…address, full name, job verification, their SS, etc. If you can’t talk to a lender, you ain’t ready, and neither is my safety or the Sellers’ home. #Nope
