It's unfortunate that Universities/ colleges in Kenya are lowly funded and even research activities are curtailed. Surprisingly, MPigs some who are academic dwarfs are highly paid more than Professors/ Doctors and Engineers. Shame on KK Government.

UASU should start cracking down on TSC employees who serve as part-time lecturers because they are the ones frustrating UASU.... They steal their way into a university teach quickly, then run back to class in secondary school and the university is happy with this behavior because the part-timers are paid less hence making money for the university. TSC employees should be made to stay where they belong. They are UASU's spoilers, and the government and university administration gets away with it because of relying on part-timers. They TSC teachers should keep off. They offer cheap labor, hence making the government reluctant to listening to UASU because there's an alternative for cheap labor TSC employees who serve as part-time lecturers are chameleons. There are part-time lecturers who are also full employees in other institutions e.g. private universities, county governments, NGOs, the police force, priests etc UASU should engage these other bodies because their staff are the core source of UASU's frustration when they offer free and cheap services in the universities.
