I know you’re homeschooling, so just a suggestion I’ve done for pumpkin Math and Science. Before you carve your big pumpkin 🎃, use a tape measure to measure the circumference and diameter of the pumpkin. Research how many seeds are in this size pumpkin, then estimate the number of seeds you think will be inside. Estimate the weight, then weigh it. Hypothesize if it will float and how much water it would displace in a bucket or tub. When you carve it, count the actual amount and subtract to see how close your estimate was. Research the health benefits for eating the seeds. Then clean, salt and bake the seeds in the oven for a snack. 🤷🏻‍♀️
