@cdepela: A TRIBUTE TO WICKNELL CHIVAYO FROM ALEC MACHESO Sir Wicknell Chivayo touched countless lives, and his generosity continues to be remembered through the many heartfelt tributes being shared by those he helped. Music icon Alick Macheso has paid tribute to Sir Wicknell, speaking emotionally about the support and generous contributions he made towards his band, helping them continue their work and pursue their musical journey. Macheso, visibly affected by the loss, expressed his pain and disbelief that Wicknell is no longer with us. His testimony is just one of many that continue to emerge, highlighting a man whose generosity extended far beyond the public eye. For many, Wicknell was not simply a businessman or philanthropist — he was someone who quietly made a difference in people's lives when they needed help. As mourners from across Zimbabwe and beyond continue to gather to pay their final respects, these stories paint a picture of a man who touched lives in both the public and private spheres. May the Lord comfort the Chivayo and Muteke families, strengthen all those mourning this devastating loss, and bring healing to every heart carrying the weight of this tragedy. May the souls of Sir Wicknell Chivayo, his beloved wife Lulu Muteke, and all those who perished in the helicopter crash rest in eternal peace. 🕊️ Rest in Peace, Sir Wicknell Chivayo. Your legacy lives on in the lives you touched.
