I wouldn’t care that they include interview questions on applications if I didn’t have to answer them again in multiple interviews later.

That’s not even a question for an interview, tbh 🤷🏼♀️

I feel like this is a baited question...as someone studying hr, this type of question feels like an unethical, but not illegal way of trying to figure out if someone had health issues. I can't describe it well, but typically any questions about personal life should not be in apps or interviews lol

I applied to a place and in the online application it stated that if you filled the spots with “see resume “ they would not consider your application :)

This is the move honestly because even if you do spend 10 minutes writing a thoughtful answer they’re still gonna ghost you

Low key just answer with “I would love the opportunity to discuss this more in depth in an interview.”

then they don’t know anything about you or your background and you have to explain it all in an interview anyways

What the hell kind of answer are they even looking for? I know it's not my coworkers' daily "I'm going for a walk, see you in an hour", and I assume it's not "I'm super healthy I don't do anything special"

what's ironic is that in a way, your answer is that you have boundaries and don't need to bring the subject of wellness into a work application or interview so declining to answer or redirecting and asserting your boundary is the answer. Wellness means boundaries

I legit had a place reach out and wanted me to answer 12 (yes, 12!!!) questions before offering an interview. I told them that it was rude and unprofessional bc it is

"wellness" is such arbitrary palatable corporate bullshit. it's like "growth mindset." talk to me like i'm a person please we don't need a marketable term for being a productive and positive person
