Eastman is by far the best budget choice. The craftsmanship and quality control is a cut above everything on this list except heritage.

I had a Epiphone Es-335 and it was a beautiful guitar. Got rid of it for an Epiphone Century which I do not regret at all

A good budget friendly version is the Ibanez Artcore version (I have one, but can't remember the model number). It's great.

I’ve had a Sire H7 since they first launched in the UK and it’s the best Guitar I’ve bought. I’m selling my Gibson Les Paul as it’s dreadful, never stays in tune and weighs a ton.

I had a Sire H7, great guitar but I couldn't get used to the 335 size.

Hagstrom Viking. I’m done gate keeping. Had one for years and maybe paid $500 used. It’s a great guitar!

Why do you say heritage is better than the OG?

I also think the Washburn hb35 is good, you can get them for about 4-600 bucks

Wish I could find some good Sire demos that aren’t jazz and blues oldheads.
