Growing up is realizing Toph acts brash but she’s the most tactical & composed member of the team

I just realized when zuko came to join the gaang that toph waited and listened to zuko unlike aang katarra, and sokka who struck him down before he could talk either though he said he wasn’t going to hurt them. (but it’s reasonable why they did that)

One thing that I feel like TLoK lacks in terms of the bending is the training arc, sure they shows Korra trains herself and all but it lacks details, it lacks descriptions like how Toph explained to us (and Aang) what is Earth bending, how to deal with it, what is the expression of the earth, makes each elements different not just on the surface but also in depth, how Earth is Composure, Water is Adaptability, Fire is Drive and so on. I don’t think there’s anything memorable in TLoK other than choreography and fight scenes, especially in terms of training. I don’t hate Korra, but boy do I hate the writings.
