@technology3104: The U.S. is preparing a redesigned passport for an anticipated 2028 rollout, combining a new visual identity with scenes representing nearly 250 years of American history 🇺🇸🦅 Presented by Secretary of State Marco Rubio under the “Flight of the Eagle” concept, the redesign follows the eagle’s perspective through moments including Lexington, westward expansion, the Wright brothers, Iwo Jima and the Artemis splashdown. The government also plans a standard 38-page passport book. The redesign is part of a broader passport modernization effort, with Rubio describing American citizenship as “a sacred thing” and explaining that the document should represent the connection between citizens and their country wherever they travel. What do you think of the new passport design? Sources: U.S. Department of State, Federal Register, America.gov #passport #america #travel #design #History
