@juliadavidson0: American R&B and Soul legend Freddie Jackson, renowned for hit songs including “You Are My Lady” and “Rock Me Tonight,” has died aged 69. 🖤 His family said : It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Freddie Jackson, who went home to rest last night. Freddie was more than a legendary voice. He was a kind, generous soul who loved his fans, his family, his friends, and his music with everything he had. He framed my song choices he will be fondly missed 🌹 Freddie Jackson was known for romantic R&B and soul ballads including “Rock Me Tonight,” “You Are My Lady,” “Tasty Love,” “Have You Ever Loved Somebody,” “Jam Tonight,” “He’ll Never Love You (Like I Do)” and “Do Me Again.” Rest in Peace Mr. Jackson. 🕊️💔 #69 #soul #rnb #voice #jd2026
