Brownies and pricey chocolates plus candy bars and you bring them to her one at time and font tell her how many treats then after she grabs one you have given ...you hide the others so you can leave surprise treats for her the next day right before you head off to work....I have treats hidden in my drawers and in my work back pack because with PMDD Perimenopause ADHD PTSD being a home schooling SAHM to 3 kids 12. 10 and 9 she is stressed out and I do 100% of the food shopping so I make sure I can throw snacks at her if she slips into the void and becomes dangerous to my health
