If that is new construction, they should be making sure they count in for the settling of the foundation. Because that’s ridiculous that that’s not even properly done. And if somebody is redoing that place and they’re expecting that kind of money, they sure as hell better how that looked in pristine. I must spend that kind of money. That’s a joke.

I said he wants and I’ll say it again always hire your own personal inspector like this gentlemen, and you wanna do even better. Hire you and inspector every phase of the construction cause. If you could see what’s cosmetic. Imagine what behind your walls. Trust me. Some of them don’t have double seal plates. Some of rafters are cracked, broken missing. No tiedown no Titan boats. I seen it all.
