@cspanofficial: U.S. Senate candidate Sherrod Brown (D-OH) voted early Tuesday morning before holding a press conference encouraging Ohioans to do the same. "People are eager to vote," he said. "Why not vote early?" Mr. Brown also voiced concerns about changes to the state's mail-in ballot rules, which he said made it "harder to vote." "If you send in a mail-in ballot, it used to be as long as it was sent in and postmarked by Election Day, it counted. Now it has to be received by Election Day, so it's clear that the legislature wants to make it harder for people to vote," he told reporters. "I want to encourage people to come now and cast their votes, particularly because the people in the legislature don't want them to vote." #cspan #midterms #ohio #sherrodbrown
