I cold turkeyed off Restoril after 3 weeks and lost my mind and didn’t sleep for weeks other than 45 min to 2 hours max when I did sleep at all. Good news-6 months later sleeping 7 hours so it does get better without benzo sleep meds

I take 2mg lorazepam every night ( 20 years) along with 12.5 Zolpidem. Still can’t sleep.

If I ever get off this restoril I will be more careful of what I take for insomnia! Tapering off now.
