When people say circumstance don’t matter I want to get rid of the OCD thoughts and I think they started when I got into manifestation and to get out of it you have to kind of go through the fear and do the things anyway and then when I do the things anyway I feel fear because the mind makes me kind of scared or the thoughts make me scared that my mind beliefs that and I don’t know if I should just not care about my life anymore to the point where I don’t give anything about these thoughts anymore but then it doesn’t make sense with manifestation. I feel like when I want to believe in manifestation but also don’t want to believe that OCD thoughts matter I feel stuck and I don’t know what to do because I don’t want to let the thoughts control what I do in my life and what not and sometimes the OCD thoughts are about future things like don’t do that or you risk something in the future and once I gave the thoughts power I am scared that I can’t undo that but I want to make sure that it’s not gonna happen because I did the thing anyway how do I make sure that it does not matter because I’m scared when the thoughts repeat themselves because I tried to push them away?
