I am so glad that I took the time to speak with my mother everyday in the last two years of her life. she told me her entire life story, I wrote most of it down, we made lots of good memories we forgave each other for everything we laughed we prayed we loved

How about when you’re the black sheep in the family, when she cares about my siblings more than me !!!! I been sober 2 1/2 years, I was criticized and lectured while drinking. Now, that I am sober I do not hear, “ I’m proud of you” happy you’re alive and well!!!! I respect my siblings for not wanting me but I have apologized to my mom, yet I get crumbs from her. I stay away, I pray for her! But I refuse to feel rejected and like I don’t matter ! She’s my mom 🥺 I just stay alone w my son.
