@chantressseba: This weeks offering feels especially close to my heart. After a time of not knowing if I would ever sing again, this was my first recording + journey back to the ocean. There was so much emotion, but more than anything, gratitude 🤍 The water is always a place I will return to, to cleanse, to pray, to release and to begin again. This video is a 30-minute light language and sound healing journey, created with the intention of cleansing, releasing emotional heaviness and gently returning the body and mind to a space of peace and stillness. You may wish to listen with headphones, close your eyes, breathe slowly, or simply allow the sounds to move around you. There is nothing you need to do at this moment. Thank you all for being here, with love, Chantress Seba 🤍 #frequencyhealing #meditation
