Got a BFA, sang all my life, lost my voice after having COVID back in 2020 and it’s never been right since. I transitioned more into film (which I love but I miss musical theatre). I have done Numerous imagine done and vocal cords are “healthy” but I can barely get through a song like I used to. Do you have teachers that specialize in a training after vocal damage in someway?

I sang a lot in my teens and twenties, but never learned real technique. I started taking voice lessons with 39 and am now 8 years in and 47 y/o. And I've improved SO much and am still learning (never stops). Never regret not having learned something. Cause it's never too late to start.
