I don't believe he swapped out the parts. I believe he swapped out the entire camera and gave you a beat up older camera and he is a connoisseur, so he took your mint condition camera as his own

Jimmy Koh is THE guy for Rolleiflex repair and CLA. He’s located in New York (Long Island). He’s semi retired but will still respond via email or text. He also sells on eBay (Kohs Camera) and buys used cameras/accessories.

This is good evidence! All he said was it needed a mirror replacement and a clean/ adjustment. If a repair shop runs into other issues, they have call the owner and report it. He's trying to give you garbage and keep your camera. Or, unfortunately, he might have parted out your camera to his regulars.

Why is he being so rough with it and putting it straight on the counter? Professionals would at least have a cloth on the counter.

He took all your original parts and gave it to one of his “regulars” and was hoping you were not informed.
