Growing up in Yorkshire and always being in York it loses the charm people see. I never really thought the shambles were that beautiful, to me it’s just a street in York like any other street, it’s got shops and it goes from one place to another.

don't worry.. even english and Scottish people know NOTHING about Wales 😂😏🏴 we are just kind of left alone & treated as an oddity. the North of Wales is the BEST part- particularly the Western side... south West for beaches in the summer.. north for the culture

from Whitley Bay, near Newcastle. I wouldn't want to live outside the North East. We have the best of all worlds, cities with all the great stuff about city life with amazing architecture and we also have amazing coastlines and countryside with Northumberland. half an hour drive and can seem like an entirely different world

You should definitely go to north wales, i have just gotten back from staying in a caravan park called golden sands in Rhyl and it was beautiful eight in the beach and only a short drive away from castles, cable cars, the uk smallest house, wales longest pier and lovely walks and loads if views, i will definitely be going back ♥️

Their all in the north 🤣 cold and miserable I live in the new forest it’s beautiful and 10 miles from the nicest beaches in the uk Bournemouth beach is nice but busy

You should try the Forest of Dean and wye valley for forest walks ancient woodlands. Star Wars and many other films have been made here
