@natsnourishments: A Thai green curry is one of my absolute favourite Thai dishes. It’s between that or a Tom Kha. I travelled around Thailand when I was in my late teens and had some of the firiest green curry of my entire life over there. I quite like the challenging spice but if you don’t, then making it at home from scratch is your ticket so you can control the heat. I’m also (controversially) a hater of coriander, it tastes like soap to me which is desperately unfortunate because it sits atop almost all of my favourite cuisines. Namely Indian and Thai. It’s one of those things I have really sampled time and time again to try and get my tastebuds used to the flavour but it continuously fills my mouth with a very distinct fairy liquid flavour.
