there was a guy who proved you can gain 10lb in a day & lose 10lb in a day. granted, it was harder for him to lose it...but he did lose it. his point was to not focus on the numbers on the scale.

that and cosmetic magic!!!! she wore a turtle neck right before this red carpet black dress look and angles or hair and how you position your face to make your face loom thicker, lip liner to make them fuller. it's the heels and walking regular for me 😂
