@spicesaltandhannah: The main event of Lev's birthday tasting menu 🐾 Lev means "heart" in Hebrew, and for 8 years he's been exactly that: the one at our feet while we cook, and the one who visits sick kids every week to make them smile. So this year, the kitchen was all his. After the palate cleanser and first course, the main: Oven-baked salmon with olive oil and fresh thyme, tender and flaky. Peas and mint blended into a silky cream, with zucchini, green beans, and carrots on the side. Plated with love, served to our first baby.
