My father had 45 years sober. I’ll never thought I would get sober. How could I measure up to that? It took me four years to finally put together 12 months. I have 15 years now my father has passed. He’s still with me every day. I miss him dearly.🙏🏻

doesnt make sense that im commenting because im not sober. i talked to someone on the phone the other day when i was. it was so hard to reply and "think" its like it took my social skills/being able to think AT ALL, away. recovery of the brain is a thing as well i know that

I've always been afraid of my own darkness. with darkness comes light and it all minted all of the places I dare not travel. I'm happy to report that I am whole again thank God for that. it was pretty iffy for a bit but I got it now.

going through withdrawals with absolutely NO CHOICE in it. alone. funny tho I remember getting through the puke and shitting and torture and I laughed bc I did it. I got sober.

Withdrawal & having to withdraw with my mother & Daughter fighting, with lying & deception. Nobody wanting to work on them selfs. wile I work on myself even when I drank, but in the end it becomes poison when you become addicted, because your body never gets time to recover. So if you want to stop drinking, you have to work on confronting people around you. Let them know there toxic behavior, instead of taking a drink & letting it go. Because they are poisoning YOU. Instead do some push ups or jumping Jack's, to improve yourself with everything horrible done to you ⭐️

Sentence to death by the doctors,, over evil spirits in the bottle,, wtf no freaking way I LOVE every one twice as much as me ,, so no booze or you will lust and loose! MY JESUS said it best loose yourself to live in other words folks we learn how to die before you start living, we don’t wait for doctors to say you have six months left ,, go live what is left ,, do you think actually you would drink yourself to death to live ,, nope ,, because you want to live ,, again booze you loose how do you find comfort in a temporary poison that you will regret in the morning, it doesn’t cover it up it , it brings you to some one you are claiming to be and will never ever become, your waste is sitting on the bar top ,, glass of booze ,, also you are wasting time on your lustful drunken desires as well, also your waste of money,, your waste of missing your true LOVE ones at home, whom don’t deserve this type of emotional abuse!!
