I eat a lot of dippy eggs and i got this completely unnecessary egg cracker that takes the top off perfectly every time and i swear its one of my favourite possessions (you pull the end part and the force of it dropping cracks the egg in a circle)

I’ve also stumbled back upon my love for a soft jammy egg! Flaky sea salt and a crunchy buttery slab of sour dough is the current fix for me.

Nowadays in Denmark we usually use Vesterhavsost (western sea cheese) for this type of breakfast. It’s a hard cheese with salt crystals, so I guess not too dissimilar to Parmesan.
