@14primejax: Nostalgia tastes a little different with rum in it. Turns out, we never really outgrow popsicles. They’re just significantly better when they’re made in-house, infused with rum, and served alongside a really good cocktail. Meet Neon Lights. Strawberry-infused Planteray 3 Stars Rum, clarified lime and strawberry, paired with a Stiggins’ Pineapple Rum-infused popsicle. Do you eat the popsicle first or let it melt into the cocktail? We’ll leave that decision to you. And because a cocktail this good deserves something equally good next to it, we ordered the Smoked Wagyu Short Rib from our dinner menu with Blueberry BBQ, jicama slaw and pickled serrano chile. Neon Lights is available exclusively at the bar on our No Reservations menu, Monday through Wednesday. Walk in, grab a seat, and order the one with the popsicle.
