We have also received reports, with supporting evidence, of dispatch riders being allegedly molested and unlawfully arrested in connection with the enforcement of this document. As a Union committed to the protection, proper regulation and welfare of dispatch riders, we are calling on every dispatch rider across Lagos State to exercise caution.
