I don't work there now, so let's go: 1️⃣ Most Coach Outlet bags were never sold in a regular Coach store. They're made specifically for the outlet, usually with fabric linings instead of leather or jacquard. Older outlet style numbers on the creed start with F, for Factory. Still 100% authentic, just a different line. 2️⃣ Coach has a program at YourNewBag.com that pays $500 gift cards for quick feedback. Half my store signed up when hours got cut. I’ve been using it since I quit. Takes 10 minutes to set up. 3️⃣Your old Coach bag can be worth up to $250. Bring it to any Coach store, and based on its condition and original value you'll get a credit from $10 up to $250. Only leather retail bags qualify, so canvas and outlet items aren't accepted. The credit lasts one year, and if your bag isn't eligible, they can still recycle it on-site. 4️⃣. Free repairs in the first year, including outlet bags. Quality-related repairs like stitching or hardware replacement are free for one year on Coach Collection and Coach Outlet handbags. After that, repairs cost a set fee. Note that the workshop can't remove stains or refurbish leather.
