This just slapped me in the face. He has been waking me up between 4-5 and at first it was okay but I’m so tired, but I wasn’t using that time wisely. I have been so lazy and with this early wake up I need to start with my time with the Lord and then get my exercise routine in. Because I have been complaining about my weight forever but I’m not doing the work.
