@dees_natures_allure: I worked as a teacher for four years before I gained admission into the university. But before all of that, I had gone through so many skin struggles, from extreme dryness to uneven skin tone to itchiness and so much more. I used to have really nice skin. But my extreme dryness made me prone to eczema. I had it all over my body, and most times it showed up on my face. So I started using anything and everything just to get rid of it. Steroid creams, DIYs, products from the market. Nothing worked. The eczema would leave for a while, and the moment I stopped the product, it came right back. The steroid cream I was using also made my face lighter than the rest of my skin. I wanted to balance it out so I could have an even, ripe skin tone, so I started buying more products from the market. That was the beginning of the disaster. I started having darkness and uneven skin tone, and I knew I had to stop. So I stopped. But my eczema kept coming back, and now I had reactions on my body that I desperately wanted to clear. Then one day I found DIY videos on YouTube. I used egg white on my face. I used lemon. I used so many things. And this destroyed my skin barrier. 💔 even used one very hot glycerin, the one they call white glycerin. It burns on the skin. I used a steroid product too, which I won't mention. My body was itching terribly. I could not stand under the sun. It felt like my whole skin was on fire. And why? Because I had no idea about chemical concentrations, there was no preservation, nothing. I was just following what I saw on YouTube. And at the end of the day, my skin got worse. Let me tell you, this story sounds simple, but it is a very emotional one for me. So I stopped everything. Yes, the eczema was still there. Itchy, red, painful. But I stopped everything and kept looking for a solution. During my search online, I met someone who was teaching organic skincare, the kind where you mix products together. I told her about my skin concerns and she told me what to use, and I used them. She was not in my location, so I told her I was interested in learning, and I enrolled in her class. But when I saw what she was teaching, I realized it was just buying and mixing, the same products I had already bought and used in the past. I knew in my heart, this is wrong. So I told her I could not continue. shifted to shea butter. No one told me to. I just thought, let me continue with shea butter. I had no money for skincare, and honestly, I was tired. I used shea butter for a long time. Later, I remembered that in that same class, she had mentioned some natural things, like essential oils and carrier oils. So I mixed some of them into my shea butter and started using it. And voila, my skin began to change. The itchiness stopped. The eczema reduced bit by bit. The flare-ups no longer came as often as before. I thought, wow, this is actually working! 😭 That was when I became very consistent with my shea butter and essential oil blend. Then I started upgrading it. I started researching eczema and skin reactions. And my skin barrier got repaired. Yes, my skin barrier got repaired, and my eczema cleared. I no longer had eczema. That was when I knew that this thing really worked and I needed to build on it. I enrolled in more classes on natural products. I tried, I tested, and I used it on my own skin. And that was the birth of Dees Nature's Allure. It was an emotional moment for me, because I tried so many things before I finally found a way. But when Allah says there is a way, there is a way. It was through my struggle, through my pain, that this brand was born. Today, we have cared for over 500 people. We have solved skin issues for over 500 people, and we have seen amazing, amazing reviews.
