Havent been in a work group in 8 uears, im the only one, i have all work numbers blocked, they can only reach me during work hours inside the workplace. i have zero contact with work outside of work. Easy and simple.

I had a colleague at an old job 19 years ago who got a disciplinary for speaking badly about management at work in his local pub. Turned out a manager was in the pub randomly and overheard their comments

I actually worked with a teacher who got struck off for this. Made comments in a WhatsApp group which were about other staff/kids and someone reported him. TRA banned him for a minimum of 2 yrs because of it.

Or being the only one in the team that isn’t added to the WhatsApp group because you’ve had issues in previous workplaces, so you don’t get invited on nights out etc. 😬

haven't added any work colleagues on any social media platforms as I know they will run back to the manager if i said something so I keep my tik tok etc free from talking about work.also I don't put my job on my profile either.
