Shelf life of peanuts is normally 1-2 months and that's whether they're roasted or not. I'd you are going 2 months without finishing off your peanut supply are you over buying? Are the dishes less popular? Could it be menu items that can be removed or changed? B/c honestly I've never experienced peanuts going bad or tasting off in a normal situation. I've never found a really old jar and it was unmistakable that they were no longer fresh from the smell (like an old oil smell).
