Preheat oven to 400F 2. Add the tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, onion, thyme, to a baking sheet 3. Season with rosemary seasoning, Italian seasoning, garlic seasoning, black pepper and salt 4. Drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil 5. Roast for 40-45 mins in oven 6. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth 7. Pour the mixture into a large pot and add in Italian seasoning, creole seasoning, red pepper and salt to taste 8. Bring to a simmer and add in the heavy cream and stir until incorporated and creamy 9. Assemble your grilled cheese and cook in a buttered skillet at low-medium heat until browned 10.
