@sheiskristin: The system I'm talking about has four parts. Here's what each one is. Be strategic. This is the foundation of everything you do in your marketing. You know exactly who it's for. You have one main offer that gets new clients into your world super easily, because upselling a current client is a lot cheaper than trying to acquire a new one. And you know the words they actually use when they talk about their problem. Be found. The right stranger runs into your business and gets interested. This can be done with organic content, with paid, or ideally with a combination of both. Be understood. They know what you do and how your process works. This is where you're able to sell your client experience in a real way, because they can see how you work before they're ever a client. If your process isn't clear, you blend in with all of your competitors, and people go find one whose process they do understand. Be chosen. The sales process starts before they ever get on a call with you. So by the time they book, they already know you, they already trust you, and they're pre-sold. That means your sales call actually gets to be a closing call. You don't have to rehash what you do and what makes you different. You just get to handle their objections and close the deal. And then you go back to be strategic, and you make micro pivots every single month based on what your marketing and sales data is telling you.
