I'm irritated that people aren't thinking about the shit that actually happened. Jane Doe has ten drinks and is asked BY HER FRIEND WHO SHE THOUGHT SHE COULD TRUST "hey wanna have a threesome and do ketamine". Again, ten drinks, that's not cognitively there. So she says yes, and has sex with her friend and another guy. Then ANOTHER guy jumps in while they're on Ketamine, and the "friend" sent "free pussy" in the frat's Snapchat groupchat. That right there is trafficking btw, she wasn't in the groupchat and had no knowledge of that being put there ALONG with the pictures they sent of her, because again, she's on ketamine. If she has no knowledge of that, she cannot consent. Then four more guys come in, all high on ketamine with the intention to rape her, based on the fact she only "consented" to two even though she was DRUNK while consenting. Now, they're having sex for SEVEN HOURS. Seven hours of sex isn't possible without it feeling wildly uncomfortable, especially when it comes to vaginal penetration. The body, especially the vagina, is not made to withstand that amount of sexual stimulation AT ALL. Now let's think, if the seven men are in there for seven hours, while a girl on ketamine who is overstimulated and unable to do anything but just fawn at that point, didn't rape her? That they didn't all do it? That they didn't continue even after she wasn't responding to them? Even if they were high themselves, they already had the intention to do it, and tried to cover their tracks by saying "oh no, you TOLD me you were sober" when she said she had ten drinks and never changed that fucking story. And mind you, they talked TWO DAYS after, two days after doing ketamine and going through traumatic shit you would not have all of the pieces you need, you would feel confused, you would feel WRONG.
