I would love to hear how you use it to track your workouts! Strength specifically, I struggle with starting and stopping each set… but maybe that just takes some time to get used to.

If you get the garmin scale it automatically saves to the app. I have years of data 🤓

I had the Ultrahuman ring and loved it until it stopped connection. Now they’re not available in the US so I can’t even get a replacement 😭 might switch to the watch version though 👀

The versatility is great too. Not only can I record my workouts, but I can also record my horseback rides AND use it as my diving computer to track depth and bottom time for when I go scuba diving
