I understand the players going to LIV, they secured financial independence for a couple of generations. But now it collapses, they shouldn't be able to go back to the PGA, if you want your tour ticket for the PGA go play in the DP tour and secure it that way, just like Patrick Reed. You can't just kick out the lower ranking PGA players for the LIV stars.

LIV 1 has proven that part time golf is not compelling viewing and does not improve the golf of the players. Quelle surprise. If they went back to 4 rounds and played 2-3 tournaments a month for 11 months around the world with invites for some low ranked and newer non-LIV players, and introduced an Open or two in the dead zone between between July and April in non-traditional places (say, an Australasia LIV Open & a Far East LIV Open), then they’d have a shot at becoming viable viewing.
