I make decent income. But being single in this economy is gut wrenching. I am a diabetic and I have to choose every month between my insulin and either a utility bill or my car payment. I have always budgeted and for a second thought I was being financially irresponsible but it’s trump’s economics that has made my life extremely hard

Boomer here. Age 70. Gas is $4.99, ground beef is $8.00 a lb. I can’t even buy any other kinds of beef to expensive. Coffee is $12 a can and that’s a small can because they have made them smaller. So I know!!💙

I am in Georgia and my parents are MAGA, of course. My Dad is retired and my Mom works from home. They are 66 and 67. I feel like they gaslight me when I tell them how high my GA power bill has been and how much gas is. Our relationship hasn't been the same since 2015. So done with it. They weren't this way when we were growing up.

Mine tried to tell me she’s suffering like us as she’s stressing over her bathroom insulation in her second house at the beach. “You are deciding on how expensive of a toilet you are getting, I’m stressing over my next grocery bill.” All this talk about us making sacrifices 🙄
