From that foundation, we shape the final design: sleek straight hair, a gentle C-curl, a flowing S-curl, or a fuller double-S wave. The shape changes, but thoughtful preparation remains at the heart of the work. Through 27 years behind the chair, I have continued to observe, test, record, and refine my own formula language.
